REFUNDS & MISSED SESSIONS
-
Refunds are not issued for missed sessions unless due to program cancellation by Generation Dodgeball.
-
Each session is self-contained, and we do not offer make-up classes for individual absences.
-
Drop-in sessions are non-refundable unless notice of cancellation is provided at least 24 hours prior to the event.
-
No refunds are issued for league games if a team fails to attend their scheduled match.
CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to low enrolment, venue issues, coach illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. Where possible, we will offer a make-up session or credit.
MEDIA CONSENT
By default, participants may be photographed or filmed during sessions for use in Generation Dodgeball marketing and promotional content, including social media, newsletters, and websites.
If you do not consent to media use, you must inform us in writing at the time of registration.
Please note: While we do our best to honour media preferences, participants may appear in the background of group images where individual exclusion is not practical.
JERSEY REWARD SYSTEM
Generation Dodgeball offers a complementary Tiered Jersey Reward System where players may receive jerseys as prizes for championships or performance in specific leagues and drop-in sessions. This service is subject to the following:
-
Eligibility is limited to selected programs as specified by Generation Dodgeball
-
We reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel the jersey reward system at any time
-
Jerseys may be ordered in bulk to reduce production costs, meaning delivery can take several months
-
Jerseys are customised and may only display the name of the player who earned the reward
-
Nicknames may be approved at Generation Dodgeball's discretion, but third-party names or substitutes are not permitted
This reward program is provided as a gesture of recognition and is not included in paid services.
LIABILITY & RISK
By participating in any Generation Dodgeball activity, you accept that there are inherent physical risks involved. Our programs are conducted in a manner that prioritises safety; however, Generation Dodgeball is not liable for injuries sustained during sessions, except in cases of proven negligence.
Participants (or parents/guardians on their behalf) are responsible for ensuring that they/their child are physically capable of participating in the program.
